Activate the Rexener hot tub warranty

Rex Nordic grants a 3 + 2 year warranty for the Rexener Hot tubs. The additional two-year warranty can be activated to the warranty within 4 weeks of the date of purchase using this electronic form.
The warranty period is valid 5 years from the date of purchase on the receipt. The 5 year warranty is only valid in conjunction with the original proof of payment. Be sure to keep the purchase receipt. It is proof of the validity of the warranty.
