Activate the heater warranty

Rex Nordic grants a 2 + 1 year warranty for heaters. The additional 1-year warranty brings the total warranty period to 3 years from the date of purchase stated on the receipt.

For products AH-500i and AH-900i, the additional warranty is 3 years, giving you a total warranty period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

The additional warranty must be activated within 4 weeks of the date of purchase using this electronic form or using the Rex Nordic App and is only valid with the original proof of purchase. Be sure to keep the purchase receipt, as it serves as proof of the validity of the warranty.
